Details:
Orders are usually shipped within 24 hrs of receipt. We endeavor
to ship all orders placed before 12 PM EST on the same business day. Orders will be shipped via USPS Priority and
usually take 3-5 business days to arrive. All orders are subject to availability and the shipment could be delayed based
on that. In such a case we will contact you and get further notification.
The following
shipping rates are only available to the locations with the continental United States and not to international locations.
Nor does ViveAlive.com ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands.
To place an international order, please email us info@vivealive.com for the international shipping
& handling calculation of your order. Your order will process separately. For
the concert ticket order, the shipping charge will be different than the following table. The shipping fee is shown and calculated
on the ticket's description.

Return Policy:
Your complete
satisfaction is our ultimate goal. Refunds for items
returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. You may return any item that purchased from vivealive.com under
the following condition: Within 30 days of your purchase date. ** EXCEPT CONCERT TICKETS ** We do not accept the returned
items that have been opened or used. Concert tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE. Complete the RMA form and attached
in the return shipment
To request a refund you must to fill out the return form. You need to send an email
to our customer service (RE: RMA form), then you will receive your RMA form via email once our customer service department
has identified your eligibility for a return under our policy, the refund will be issued within 30 days and an e-mail confirmation
will be sent to you. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Any returns that are received without an RMA form will be discarded.
